LaFrance Hospitality developed this 122 room Hampton Inn in 2007, and owns and manages this property. The hotel opened in August 2007 ahead of schedule and above budget. The hotel has received 3 Outstanding Hotel reviews from Hilton Hotels since opening, and despite the recession 0f 2009, has enjoyed an 8.9% increase in REVPAR over the last 12 months.
