Project & Renovation Management

Under the guidance of Sean Lafrance, Lafrance Hospitality has built 9 properties from the ground up, as well as management consulting projects for other hotels and restaurants.  This includes all aspects, from site selection, local planning board approvals, hotel company and contractor negotiations, throughout the projects completion.

In addition to overseeing all development, Sean Lafrance, our in house project manager, plans, bids, executes and oversees all renovation projects including product improvement plans (PIP's). He manages all service contracts and oversees the annual bidding and selection process. In addition, the Project Manager acts as a point of reference for property maintenance staff to assist in troubleshooting issues at the hotel property.
