White’s of Westport is located between the beautiful North and South Watuppa ponds and the building’s rustic stone exterior with sweeping drive and covered portico promise a sophisticated reception for your wedding or event guests. White’s of Westport has several distinctive function rooms that can accommodate groups from 15 to 1800 people with ample free parking. Our versatile function rooms and in-house meeting and event coordinators will work with you to make your event a success.
The Ballroom is an elegant space with dramatic white columns, recessed ceilings with modern brushed glass lighting fixtures, and a large elevated dance floor. The modern, neutral decor complements all design and color styles. The Commonwealth Rooms is accented by dramatic white columns and features soft recessed lighting and a neutral palette. Movable walls and dance floor allow you to customize the space to your needs. The Presidential Room features photos of all United States presidents past and present in a cozy space that is ideal for small breakout meetings or lunch and dinner meetings. The Plymouth room is adjacent to the Commonwealth Room. This space has a lovely wooden bar and large dance floor suitable to live music or DJ setups. This room combined with the Commonwealth Room can accommodate larger weddings or events. The Colonial Room offers a cozy space for smaller wedding events, cocktail parties, ceremonies, receptions, or even private dinner parties. This space features tall ceilings, dark wood beams, and fresh white accents to brighten the space. The vintage chandeliers offer a soft glow for a romantic atmosphere. The Bridge is reminiscent of the old Fall River Line that used to run through the area. As if you were a ship captain at his helm, The Bridge offers panoramic views of the North and South Watuppa Ponds. This space is ideal for smaller events and dinners seating up to 80 people. (please note, this room is not handicapped accessible).
