Mark joined Lafrance in 2014, bringing extensive experience from various operations and task force roles in both boutique and branded hotels. Initially serving as the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express in Milford, MA, he successfully launched the Courtyard in Littleton, MA in 2016, earning numerous service awards and an opening award. In 2020, Mark advanced to the role of Area General Manager, where he oversaw Marriott and IHG branded properties. In this role, he assisted through multiple openings and assisted training and development of staff. His expertise is a focus on brand compliance and financial management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Southern New Hampshire University.
