The 6 month, 3.5-million renovation project, led by Granite State Contract Furnishings, includes a refresh of the interior and exterior of the property.

Key improvements to the hotel are the exterior signage and new facade around the building, as well as an extension to the breakfast area and lobby. New highlighted room features include queen-sized beds replacing all the full-sized beds and Digital Key access to all the guestrooms. Each guest room will include a brand-new 42” HDTV, free in-room movie channels, coffeemaker, and new mini-refrigerator and microwave. In addition to the guest rooms, the breakfast area, lobby, business center, and both meeting rooms have been completely renovated.
